1. Refund Eligibility
- Pending Order Duration: Refunds are only eligible if your order has been pending for 5-7 working days and is confirmed as completely unavailable, as outlined on the website.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
2. Incorrect Size Purchases and Color
- Refunds will not be issued for items purchased in the wrong size or color. To ensure the best fit, please consult the size chart included in each product description before placing your order. For color selection, kindly confirm that your desired color is in stock by referring to the available color variants listed for each product.
3. Shipping Fees
- Refunds will not include shipping or handling fees from the original purchase.
4. Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Payment Method for Refunds
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund will go back to the same card. If an alternative payment method was used, the refund will follow the same method.
6. Return Item Condition
- Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and maintained in new condition. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in a reduced refund or a declined refund request.
- Bags can be exchanged within 24 Hours of purchase or delivery, provided they are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition

8. No Cash Refunds
